TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GREAT DAY COLORADO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO $100 (OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, IF GREATER), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT LIMIT.
